A Decade of Research in Ibero-America

The present article aims to be a bibliographic survey of food history related research published in the Ibero-American world in the past decade. The authors have grouped this academic production taking into consideration the main research problems that have attracted the attention of scholars in this period. The survey has come up with three main issues that have achieved a particular prominence : colonial history, modernization and identities.
